Having been a BB&B customer for 40+ years, I’ve bought several homes full of household items. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! We're glad you're enjoying those excellent Beyond+ benefits and we'll be looking toward more availability for our in-store products as much as possible. Still, it is my favorite, go-to store for so many things! Highly recommend! Of course they can’t carry everything in store, but I am seeing a lot of empty shelf space in stores, to the point that they often look like they are going to be closed down. I do not like having to order products online without having the opportunity to see the items in store first. My only complaint is that seemingly the availability of many products in store has been reduced, often eliminated entirely. Prices are very competitive, and with the purchase of the annual membership - you receive a 20% discount on almost all purchases as well as other perks such as shipping fees being waved for online orders. I can always find exactly what I am looking for, from cooking and dining utensils, to bed and bath supplies, not to forget the great variety of decorative items, and even self care products such as shampoo, conditioner and other items often found in department stores or pharmacies.
